Adams Park community added to the National Register of Historical Places

The Charles R. Adams Park community was added to  National Register of Historical Places to visit on January 14, 2013. Adams Park is located in the Cascade Heights community and bordered on the east side by Centra Villa, on the west side by Willis Mill, on the northside by Cascade and on the southside by West Cedar. Adams Park has 740 single family homes and is completely residential and was developed in the 1940's. The park itself boosts a 18 hole golf course, pool house with two swimming pools, a lake, a amphitheater, 3 baseball fields, tennis courts, playground and a recreation center.

Thanks to all of the hard work od the residents of adams Park who worked so diligently to see that their community got all of the recognition that it deserves for it's beauty and sustainability. Adams Park hosts a yearly, Cultural Arts Festival, APCA FEST. Save the date Saturday, September 28, 2013.
