Fulton County residents can take advantage of a free information session on how to save their homes from foreclosure.  An information workshop will be held Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at North Fulton Community Charities from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  North Fulton Community Charities is located at 11270 Elkins Road, Roswell, GA 30076.
 
Residents at risk for foreclosure will receive information on foreclosure prevention options along with contact information for United States Department of Housing and Urban Development certified housing counselors.  Housing counselors can provide free guidance on how to work with mortgage holders to prevent foreclosure through options such as loan modifications, forbearance or other alternatives.  Additionally, housing counselors will be present to set up an appointment for a one-on-one consultation foreclosure prevention options.
