Fulton County seniors can participate in a fun and healthy form of exercise to start the New Year off right.  Fulton County’s East Point NORC (Naturally Occurring Retirement Community) will sponsor a “Let’s Move!” Line Dancing Class beginning Thursday January 10, 2013, in collaboration with East Point First Mallalieu United Methodist Church.  The class is scheduled from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at East Point First Mallalieu each Thursday through June 27, 2013.  Seniors 55 years old and older can learn all of the latest line dances while following a healthier lifestyle. East Point First Mallalieu United Methodist Church is located at 2651 Church Street in East Point and is located on the MARTA bus/rail line. 

The class is free and open to older adults 55 years of age and older. Persons interested in attending can register on site or by calling 404-762-2094.  Please check with your physician before starting any exercise classes.

East Point NORC is a collaboration of service agencies/organizations designed to reduce service fragmentation and create healthy, integrated communities.  Seniors living in Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities are able to age-in-place with greater comfort and security in their own homes.
