Your child is invited to participate in the Neighborhood Mathematica Fall 2011 Competition-a new tradition in Atlanta which celebrates math education and will be held on December 10, 2011 at the Georgia World Congres Center. Students will represent their neighborhoods in a series of competitions and will demonstrate mastery of skills learned this semester. Concepts covered at the competition will be those taught at your child's school, but study guides will be provided via email upon registration. Free Skype math tutoring provided by Neighborhood Mathematica volunteers will be offered to a limited number of students who register for the competition--so register now at www.neighborhoodmathematica.com/Register-to-Compete-.html.
