Two people were shot Thursday afternoon while the American Deli on Cascade Ave. was being robbed, Atlanta Police say. American Deli is located in the 500 block of Cascade Avenue.

According to reports from the AJC and the limited information released by the police, "a female was shot in the side and a male was grazed by a round."  Both were taken to Grady Hospital and are said to be in stable condition.

The shooter has not been caught nor publicly identified. Cascade Patch will have more updates as the police release more information.
