Cascade Heights Residents Sought For Research Project
Got an opinion on climate change? Then a UGA research project wants to hear from you.
A joint UGA and U.S. Forest Service project is looking to interview Cascade Heights residents about the topic of climate change.
Cassandra Johnson Gaither is a research social scientist with the U.S. Forest Service in Athens. She is working with the University of Georgia on a study that examines the perceptions of climate change in several metro Atlanta communities, including Cascade Heights.
"We are interested in learning about community strengths and weaknesses and how the topic of climate change may or may not play a role in people’s everyday lives," she said.
Persons interested in participating in this project can contact her at 706/559-4270, 706/201-2140 or at cjohnson09@fs.fed.us.
