While other Christians opened gifts and visited family members Christmas morning, members of Berean Seventh-Day Adventist Church celebrated the occasion with a festive program that included a live nativity scene outside the large Collier Heights area church.

As worshippers, dressed in their Christmas Day best, entered the church, at 291 Hamilton Holmes Dr., camels, donkeys, sheep and goat grazed on the front lawn. The display was so compelling that drivers-by slowed to a near halt to take in the scene.
