Patch is looking for bloggers and we want you to join us.
We know that some of you have been on the fence about blogging because you think it's a big time commitment. Or you worry about being a good enough writer.
So we've decided to gather current and would-be bloggers for an informal meet and greet. This is a chance to get together with other interesting people who are blogging on Patch and to find out how easy it is to get involved. And you can also get to know your Patch Local Editor.
Mark your calendar and join us from 5:30-8 p.m. on Monday, June 25 at Ormsby's in West Midtown.
Local Editors from the Cascade, Midtown and Buckhead Patch sites will be there. We'll provide the appetizers, and we hope you'll join us to learn about how you can be part of the community conversation!

It was a busy Tuesday (aren't they all), but I did want to say that on behalf of my co-workers Michael in Buckhead and Marc in Cascade, how appreciative we were for everyone who joined us for the event Monday night at Ormsby’s (and thanks to their wonderful staff, too). It was great to just relax with good food and drink and hear your stories and for you to let us tell ours. If there was one general theme that I gathered it was that soooo many of you LOVE to write. And that's a beautiful thing! Thanks again to all who came and of course to all who read, contribute content and participate at Patch.
