Southwest Atlanta native and star of the hit reality show, Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kandi Burruss has recently moved from her home in Alpharetta and purchased a large mansion in Southwest Atlanta. The exact location has not been disclosed for obvious reasons, but photos of the house before she purchased it have surfaced.
It is a huge, beautiful home with an indoor pool and nearly 8,000 sq. feet. It is rumored she bought the home for a "steal" and that the property is worth nearly $1 million. The R&B star is said to have spent over $200,000 renovating it according to Sandra Rose's website. BravoTV.com will have photos of the completed home when she is done, and this season of The Real Housewives the home is supposed to be featured and the center of some drama...
From the photos, I can not exactly tell which gated community her home is in, but it must be in one of the communities on Cascade or nearby.

tax records indicate the previous owner paid 3 million for the property and Kandi got it for 500K. She got a great deal.
Not sure why they kept the location a secret because tax records are searchable.
