3695 Cascade Road

Near the I-285 and Cascade Road interchange in our 30331 zip code is Sandtown Crossing, where Publix, ATT, Radio Shack, GNC, HR Block, Piedmont Physicians, Wells Fargo, and Wendy’s - just to name a few - are located.

But this space at 3695 Cascade Road is vacant, so this week we once again ask our community: what type of business would thrive in this pre-eminent Cascade corridor location?

A 24 hour gym would be nice.

This space would be best used for a tutoring program children or watching childern as to prevent them being home alone. It might even work as a work out space for families you know like mothers and children. Our children are over weith because they SIT! We know about eating wrong but what ever happen to keeping it moving after the fact.? I like Imam Nadim's idea......

Thanks. just for clarification, this property is Cascade Crossing, not Sandtown Crossing. Ideas are great, now we need Entrepreneurs to put them into action. Regarding tutoring centers, Kumon Learning Center is a great locally owned business, and already open at Sandtown CRossing. John Perlman

An up-scale seafood restaurant/sushi bar would be a great addition.

I miss bakeries. Fresh, real and some catering services outside the Metro.
