Atlanta, GA (May 5,2012) – The Atlanta Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is excited to present their Celebration of Women’s Annual Luncheon. This event will honor some of the most powerful women of the decade.

This year’s theme is Celebration of Women: Builders of Communities.

The luncheon promises to enlighten, inspire,uplift, empower and even transform by noting the accomplishments of stellar women in the community. 

 The key honorees are Dr. Michelle Staples-Horne (Medical Director for GA Department of Juvenile Justice), Dr. Monica Parker (Asst. Prof. of Medicine of Geriatrics and Gerontology), Dr. Jane Smith (Exec.Dir. of the Spelman College Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement),Charmaine Ward (Director of Community Affairs Georgia Pacific Foundation), Vicky Free (Exec. Vice Pres. Of Marketing of BET Networks), Deanne Hamilton (Pres. & CEO Circle One, Product Marketing and Multi-Format Printing Co.), Mary Parker (Pres. & CEO All N 1 Security Services), Ernesta Ingram (Exec. Director, Southwest Eccumenical Emergency Assistance Center) , Marie Baker Wilson (Life Motivator),  Nadine Baker-Smith (Ret Educ. Life Changer) , Debbie Alexander (Ass.Deputy Commissioner GA Dept. of Juvenile Justice), Sheila Pree Bright (Photographer), Mary Lowe (Ret. Bus.
