Fulton County Arts and Culture and South Fulton County Arts Center celebrate the opening of Building Block, an art exhibit featuring graffiti art created by young, emerging and professional artists. The art transforms, "literary words into elaborate inscriptions and pictorial imagery on card stock paper or board that mimic the large rectangular cement block walls of South Fulton Arts Center."
