DESCRIPTION:The City of Atlanta&rsquo\;s Alcohol Technical Advisory Group
  (ATAG) II will hold its third public hearing on Tuesday\, April 24 from
  6.30 pm &ndash\; 8.30 pm at the Rosel Fann Recreation Center (365 Cleve
 land Avenue\, S.E.) to hear from the public regarding beer/wine/liquor l
 icensing and enforcement issues.\nThe hearing is an important opportunit
 y for the public to share its concerns with the ATAG II Board.\nThe Boar
 d is composed of 17 members appointed by the Mayor\, City Council and co
 mmunity and business groups. They have been tasked with examining and re
 commending changes to the City of Atlanta&rsquo\;s Alcohol Code which de
 als with the licensing of establishments that sell liquor\, beer and win
 e\, as well as the enforcement of such laws. As part of their review\, A
 TAG II is required to conduct at least one public hearing in each quadra
 nt of the City.\nThe Board is expected to make final recommendations to 
 the City Council by December 2012.\nThe City of Atlanta Alcohol Technica
 l Advisory Group (ATAG) II was established through legislation introduce
