God has opened the door for Ben Hill United Methodist Church to take Vacation Bible School (VBS) outside the four walls of our church into the local communities. We are inviting churches and surrounding communities to come on out as we have a great time sharing God’s love.
Learn more about our efforts to spread the glory of God throughout the communities by attending our planning session on May 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. - noon at Ben Hill United Methodist Church, 2099 Fairburn Rd. SW Atlanta.
Ben Hill UMC Vacation Bible School will be held 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. from June 4 - 8 for ages 4-adult. A meal will be provided each night and a nursery is available.

Built in 1853, Ben Hill United Methodist Church is a growing church in several areas, from its ministries to its community involvement to its online reach (the two Sunday worship services are streamed via the Web).
Church ministries include Intercessory Prayer Ministry, Outreach Ministry and Compassionate Friends, a support group for families who are grieving the loss of a child or other loved one. Ben Hill also is known for participating in community service projects, including with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity. The Rev. Richard D. Winn, Sr. is senior pastor.
