 se Fair is in its 5th year and is an all-day showcase of seminars\, exhi
 bitors\, and hands-on-workshops for old-house owners.&nbsp\; This year w
 e will be building on a portfolio of seminars to include waterproofing b
 asements\, fireplace restoration\, historic tree care\, and tax incentiv
 e programs for historic houses.&nbsp\; We&rsquo\;ll have our usual tradi
 tional seminars but will also be offering &ldquo\;short bites&rdquo\; fo
 r specific house styles including Victorians\, Foursquares\, Bungalows\,
