NEXT Steps would like to reward seven at-risk, low-income children with a garden themed birthday party scholarship. From May-November 2013, we will gift an amazing, hard working elementary school student with a $200 Atwood Community Gardens Birthday Party Scholarship which pays for one of the themed party sets (pending availability) from Make It Mine Parties One Click Party Packages. Party packages include seven friends and two adult chaperones. Additional guests $10/person. Winners announced on the 15th of each month beginning April 15, 2013.
Party themes include: Circus, Cowboy, Fairy, Fire Fighter, Honey Bee, Ladybug . . . and much more!

More About Atwood Community Gardens & Urban Farm
Atwood Community Gardens & Urban Farm is an urban agriculture training center and outdoor event facility. Atwood works to introduce at-risk youth to careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Atwood integrates our farm management activities with S.T.E.M. Curriculum experiments, team building exercises, cooking demos , arts and crafts and other activities.
