St. Paul's Episcopal Church, which celebrated its 130th anniversary in September 2010, was the first African-American Episcopal Sunday School in the Georgia Diocese. A recent renovation has yielded new tile floors and carpets throughout the building.

The church is led by The Rev. Canon Robert C. Wright, Rector. Mother Nikki Mathis is the Associate Rector and Trey Clegg is the Director of Music.

Along with its many ministries, the church hosts, every year, a Lenten study series, worship retreats, a pre-dawn Pascal Easter Vigil, a Caribbean Festival, a secular Jazz Under the Stars concert, All Saints Day services and an internationally-acclaimed Christmas concert featuring members of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and opera, jazz and gospel music soloists from Atlanta and across the country.
