The Cooperative Extension Office of the University of the Georgia and Fulton County will present a five-week nutrition education series of cooking demonstrations and lectures. Participants will receive free cooking essentials (measuring cup, menu planner, and more). Participants who attend all five classes will receive a Certificate of Completion and a cookbook.
Registration is suggested.

More About Southwest Branch Library
Formerly the Southwest Regional Library, this library is one of 34 branches in the Atlanta-Fulton Public Library System. The library houses 157,000 books, videos, CDs, audio-cassettes, periodicals, large-print books and reference materials; a large children's book section; and a 75-seat auditorium. The library is located behind the Southern Friends car wash on Cascade Road near The Home Depot. It is one of 25 branches in the Atlanta-Fulton Public Library System slated for renovation or expansion in 2012 and 2013. In addition to the renovations, the system plans to build a new $85-million central library and eight new branch libraries.
