DESCRIPTION:SOAR Young Women&rsquo\;s Leadership Academy 2012\nSOAR Young
  Women&rsquo\;s Leadership Academy is an academic enrichment and leaders
 hip program serving high school females who seek to gain leadership skil
 ls. SYWLA serves young adults ages 14-18 in Cobb\, Fulton\, and Dekalb C
 ounties. A completed application and parental consent waiver is required
  for program participation. SYWLA students will take part in a variety o
 f activities\, workshops\, and events that emphasize growth in the follo
