  of African Americans with the presentation of Heritage: The Long Journe
 y From the Motherland: Historical Leaders on our Path of Righteousness\,

 p\;7 p.m. in the church sanctuary.\nThe play will commemorate the men an
 d women whose actions and influence continue to provide spiritual guidep
 osts for African American people of faith during theirstruggles for civi
 l rights\, both past and present. &nbsp\;Rev. Adams-Taylor\, Associate M
 inister and play director said\, &ldquo\;This wonderful presentation pro
 mises to be exciting\,entertaining and enlightening as we honor historic
 al and spiritual leaders such as Dr. Howard Thurman\, Rev. Jesse Jackson
 \, Dr. Charles A. Tindley\, Ambassador Andrew Young\, Dr. Suzan Johnson 
 Cook and Zion Hill&rsquo\;s own pastor\, Rev. Dr. Aaron L. Parker\, Sr. 
 as well as many others &nbsp\;for their awesome teachings and preaching\
 , which are testimonials to God&rsquo\;s goodness and the strength and p
 ersistent faith of these persons as foundational encouragement for our c
 urrent generation.&rdquo\;&nbsp\; The performance is intended to bring c
 larity to the cause for freedom and why Blacks in America did not faint 
 or lose heart along the journey to cultural\, societal\, and political f
 reedom.\nHeritage is a heartfelt and soul-stirring original stage play t
