Benson Senior Multipurpose Complex to Offer Secure Shredding on August 24

Fulton County residents who need to have personal documents shredded for security purposes will have an alternative on Saturday, August 24, 2013.  The Dorothy C. Benson Senior Multipurpose Complex will host a free and secure “Document Shredding” event from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.  This event is the result of collaboration among Fulton County Government, Keep Sandy Springs Beautiful and Cintas Document Management.

Secure shredding helps to prevent identity theft and Fulton residents are invited to bring sensitive documents for secure on-site shredding at the Benson Complex.  Event planners have set a 10-box limit for each person; however, additional trips are welcomed.  All of the shredded paper will be recycled.  Although the event is free, donations to benefit environmental programs offered by Keep Sandy Springs Beautiful are welcomed.

For more information, contact Facility Manager Andre Gregory at 404-705-4900 or Keep Sandy Springs Beautiful at 770-551-776.  Inquiries may also be emailed to info@knfb.org.
