Fulton County’s Harriett G. Darnell Senior Multipurpose Facility Presents an Artist Walk

Fulton County’s Harriett G. Darnell Senior Multipurpose Facility participants will host their second annual Artist Walk on Wednesday, September 25, 2013, and Thursday, September 26, 2013.  The September 25, Artist Walk will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and the September 26 presentation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.  The Darnell Senior Multipurpose Facility is located at 677 Fairburn Road NW, Atlanta, GA 30331.

The Artist Walk will feature the artistic talent of the senior participants who attend Life Enrichment classes at the Darnell Senior Multipurpose Facility.  Family and friends will be able to walk through and view beautiful art pieces, jewelry, handmade cards, scrapbooks, quilts and sewing pieces.  A reception will be held at 4:00 p.m. September 25, prior to the start of the Walk. Some items may be for sale.  A donation will be made to the Friends of Darnell for every sale.
