Conversely, not long ago, a costly audit report revealed that not enough program information had been collected (over a 3 year period) for professional auditors to make programmatic recommendations to the Board of Commissioners. Taxpayers of Fulton County are in dire need of NEW Commissioners who will not continue to buy the garbage, repeatedly, placed before them by the Director of Housing and Human Services: Gerry Easley. It would also be beneficial for taxpayers to be provided with the list of names of individual government employees who did receive permanent salary increases, during the last 5 year, when no county-wide permanent raises were approved of by the Board of Commissioners.
