Please join Arbor Terrace for their 2013 Support Group Kick Off Breakfast on January 19, 2013 at 9:30am. Dr. Shatavia Thomas will present on “Self-Care for the Caregiver”.
Dr. Shay is a dynamic speaker and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has agreed to facilitate our support group meetings for 2013. We greatly appreciate what she is doing for Arbor Terrace.
Please help us welcome Dr. Shay once again to our community to speak with us about taking care of ourselves as we take care of our loved ones.
