Community Corner

Beltline Cleanup

Come participate in the Earth Day Cleanup of the Atlanta Beltline.  Atlanta City Council members, community residents along with volunteers from the University of Georgia, Trees Atlanta, Southeast Horticultural Society, and Atlanta Audubon Society aim to convert the four acres of old industrial property into an urban farm adjacent to the Adair Park neighborhood.

Participants will pick up litter, remove debris, and uproot invasive plants.  Once completed, the farm will include native species, brambles, berry bushes, and fruit trees.
