Hands on Atlanta and Community Members Like You to Serve the English Ave Community

Looking for a place to serve and donate your time on MLK Day? Try this Hands on Atlanta Project

Hands on Atlanta and the HELP Org are teaming up on Martin Luther King Day with community members throughout the metro-Atlanta area, to beautify the community garden on English Avenue.

Everyone is welcome to come out and lend a hand on Monday, January 21st at 386 English Avenue, near Bankhead.

For some, the national holiday honoring the prominent civil rights activist is a time to give back and serve the community, be it through removing graffiti or picking up litter in a local park.

For others, it’s an opportunity to educate themselves about King and his life's work.

Either way, get out of the house and support Dr. King's non-violent movement for universal peace and understanding.
