New Homes are Ready and Affordable

Short Sales and Foreclosures are the talk of the real estate market these days, but a few good builders have survived the real estate downturn and are building new homes.

One of them is John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods. In the Cascade and South Fulton area, Wieland has great choices in several price points.

The Wieland 40th Anniversary Sale began July 22 and runs through September 18. It is the company's anniversary, but the savings are passed on to the savvy buyer.

Savings even exist on homes that workers have just begun to build. This week's featured homes are in two Wieland Neighborhoods: LeGrande, located on Enon just north of Camp Creek Parkway, and Regency Oaks, on Enon just south of Camp Creek.
