Steel Mill Express Train at Atlantic Station

SPECIFICS: Get a fun ride around Atlantic Station every weekend. Catch the train at East District Avenue, in front of Z Gallerie.

COST: $3 per passenger

Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) Student Exhibition

WHEN: Saturday, June 4

WHERE: Atlantic Station Knitch Space, 232 19th Street, Atlanta, GA 30363

SPECIFICS: This is the last day to see the talented art work of SCAD students displayed in the Knitch Space at Atlantic Station.

Mixing Metaphors: The Aesthetic, the Social and the Political in African-American Art Exhibit

WHEN: Throughout the summer, until July 31, during museum hours. Museum hours are Mon – Sat, 9am-4:45pm and Sun, 12pm – 4:45pm

WHERE: Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum, 441 Freedom Pky., Atlanta, Ga 30307

SPECFICS: View 90 photographs, paintings, drawings, sculptures, and prints, and other mixed media that, according to the presidential library's website, tell compelling stories about body politics, race, gender, and class.

COST: Free for children 16 and under. $8 for adults, $6 for students, members of the military, and seniors.
