The Atlanta Opera Invites SW Community to a Special Performance of 'Stone Soup' on Saturday
You are invited to a post-performance Talk-Back with artists, creative team and composer on Saturday morning.
Based on the classic children’s fable, Stone Soup is an opera about a community that comes together to feed a lost and lonely soldier. This magical story uses all kinds of food to make the most delicious soup, celebrating community and diversity along the way.
Stone Soup teaches us all how to be better friends and neighbors.
The Atlanta Opera team would like to invite you to a special preview of the Atlanta Opera’s 2012-2013 Studio Tour Production, Stone Soup.

In addition the Atlanta Opera will be bringing this opera, Stone Soup, to local community playhouses across the city so that individual families and home school groups can partake in the show. The screening at Southwest Arts Center will be during the Spring of 2013 on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 11 a.m.
