Frank Ski's Restaurant Opens Next Week

Radio personality Frank Ski will open his new restaurant, Frank Ski’s Restaurant & Lounge, next Monday at Peachtree Road and Bennett Street, according local blogs and news reports.

The 8,000-square-foot restaurant and lounge at 2110 Peachtree Road—the location of a Mick's for two decades and, recently, Vita Italian restaurant—features outdoor courtyards, private dining rooms, VIP and cigar lounges in addition to a beautiful bar and a live music venue with an awesome Sunday jazz brunch, according to the Atlanta Real Estate Restaurant Brokers website.

Ski told Steve Josovitz of The Shumacher Group, Inc., that he envisions a concept thats like a mix between a restaurant and the lobby of a W Hotel, something generally only seen in NYC or LA. Josovitz brokered a deal.

The restaurant will seat over 300 and offer sophisticated Southern food. Frank comments that he wants Frank Ski’s Restaurant & Bar to be about the experience, the food the wine and the people.

Ski, host of the "Frank and Wanda Morning Show"on V-103, will compete with nearby Houston's and Justin's in the south Buckhead restaurant market.
