Greater Women’s Business Council Holds Sessions for Female Business Owners on Tuesday

Cascade female business owners are encouraged to attend Tuesday's information sessions.

The Greater Women's Business Council (GWBC) is a non-profit organization for certified women business enterprises (WBEs) in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina interested in promoting, developing and maintaining business relationships with major corporations, government agencies and other women business enterprises. 

All day on Tuesday, August 28th the group will hold sessions for local female entrepreneurs and those about to embark on opening start-ups, to help them succeed as business owners. 

The "Learning Labs" will be held at the Atlanta Marquis Hotel from 10 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. and will emphasize supplier online options, government procurement and start-up business advice.  The 3 Labs are entitled:

The GWBC organization will be on-hand all day Tuesday at the Atlanta Marquis to help fellow members and to recruit new members.  GWBC increases the competitive advantage of women in business through certification of bona fide WBE’s and through education and development programs and informational resources on women in business and supplier diversity.
