Cascade Patch will celebrate its first anniversary from 5:30 to 7 tonight at Wine Styles Cascade with door prizes, words from District 10 Councilman C.T. Martin and a surprise community announcement by the Mays High and cluster schools support group EMC2.

The event is free however, though not a requirement, all guests are strongly encouraged to buy a bottle of wine to support the youth in our community. Wine Styles has agreed to donate 10 percent of all proceeds to EMC2.

In addition to Councilman Martin and EMC2, confirmed program guests include the law firm of Arringtron & Phillips, LLP, and the owners of Landon's Restaurant & Bar, 3752 Cascade Rd.

We will have a short but informative program for all guests that will include information about the best upcoming holiday events in the area, a new 2012 historically-signifcant tour of Cascade and other community news.

So, set aside your business cards now, prepare to make a donation to an important community-based cause and stay tuned to Cascade Patch for final details about our anniversary and holiday party!
