New Home Furniture Business Opening on Cascade Road | Rite At Home

Grand opening of the first showroom and interior design studio in the Cascade Retail District.

Milton Miller and LaMont Bynum are excited to open their first interior design studio, Rite At Home, within the Cascade Retail District.  The 2 successful designers, who were Home & Garden Television (HGTV) design finalists in the past, are holding their Grand Opening on Saturday, May 19 at 10:00am.

The new store, that many of you have seen while it has been under construction, is taking over the old gas station located at 3460 Cascade Rd. (across from Kroger).  What was once considered a blighted eye sore, has now been transformed into a very unique, upscale boutique with ample parking, and nice landscaping.

“While in pursuit to find great home décor for interior design projects and my personal home, I found my options to be limited in my community and surrounding areas which caused me to shop in other retail districts such as, Buckhead, Midtown and the Westside. While shopping in these areas, I often met local residents from my community and asked myself, wouldn’t it be good to have this experience in southwest Atlanta?” says LaMont Bynum, Partner, RITE AT HOME.

According to the press release, "The premier consignment showplace will specialize in affordable residential interior design, decorating, and remodeling, beautiful collections as well as showcasing original art by local artists."

Through community collaborations, RITE AT HOME welcomes Nationwide Insurance, Chick-fil-A, Canjun Crabhouse, Landons Restaurant and Lounge, and Starbucks as their event sponsors. Guests are encouraged to make themselves feel RITE AT HOME.

The event is FREE and open to the public. For more information call 678.281.1771.

I recently went to this store and purchased a couple of items for our new home. The store was not at all what I expected. The atmosphere was very welcoming and inviting. They had very unique, one of a kind pieces of furniture. They are also coming to my home to do a design consultation. I am glad to have an establishment of this caliber in our community.
