WANTED: High School Senior Girls Looking for College Scholarships

The Atlanta Suburban Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is seeking applicants for its annual scholarships. The chapter will award several thousand dollars in scholarships for the 2014-2015 academic year to talented graduating high school senior young women.

In addition to our traditional scholarship program, we are proud to announce our new STEM Scholarship that will be awarded to a student who will declare a major in one of the following areas: Science, Technology, Engineering or Math.

All applicants interested in the scholarship award must write a 500 word essay; must meet delineated criteria; and must complete and mail the application packet by 5:00 p.m. on February 21, 2014. Applicants should also reside and attend school in the City of Atlanta, Clayton or Fayette County.
