Adamsville Neighbors Find Blighted Property Owner, "We Want it Cleaned Up"

Adamsville neighbors want the city to tear down the eyesore, since owner can not maintain it.

According to CBS Atlanta, they were able to track down the owner of a vacant Adamsville property that neighbors have been complaining about for months.

From pictures you can see overgrown weeds and bushes, trash scattered everywhere and seemingly unhygienic conditions.

According to the CBS report, CBS "tracked down property owner Oneal Harris on Monday."

Harris said the home burned down a few years ago while his daughter was living in it. Since then, he said his health has declined and financially he has been unable to maintain the property. He also said he's asked the city to demolish it.

Code Enforcement has looked at the property but has stated that there are a number of things that must be done, before the property can be demolished.
