The long week is over and the weekend is almost here. No plans? Not to worry, Cascade Patch has you covered.
1) Birthday Bash: September
When/Where: , 2890 Continental Colony Pkwy., 8 p.m. Friday.
The Event: Where are my September people? If you or someone you like to hang with was born in the month of September, then the Cascade Club is where you want to be to close the month out. Every 4th Friday, there is a Birthday Bash in honor of all those born in that month.

September people, come on down to our very own social club and enjoy drink specials, food, fun and entertainment. Jam to the sounds of DJ Will, who blends a mixture of R&B, hip hop and old school music to an adult crowd. No matter your adult age or gender, this is the place for you.

2) Sexy in the Burbs:
Where/When: WineStyles Cascade, 3752 Cascade Rd., Suite #140 Friday,
6:30 – 8:30
The event: WineStyles of Cascade presents, Sexy in the Burbs… so get
ready to get your weekend started. Tired of the club atmosphere and the
non-inviting feel of a sports bar then it’s time to hit an afterhour’s spot that
is neither.
Sexy in the burbs presents the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere, great soothing entertainment, polite and helpful staff like Amber, Tracy and Price, along with great networking where you can sip on your favorite wines or try something new. There are a variety of wines to choose from, you can also select an appetizer from Landon’s Bar and Restaurant menu.
While enjoying the atmosphere and getting your taste buds enlightened, feel and listen to the musical styles of renowned Saxophonist, Michael Brown and the vocals of songstress Jennifer Freeman. Come on down and relax to appetizers, wines and jazz as you enjoy being sexy in the burbs.

3) Jazz in Mableton
When/Where: Mable House Barnes Amphitheater, 5239 Floyd Rd., Mableton, 7 p.m. Saturday.
The Event: Southwest Atlanta, come out to Mableton and see one of your own as Asa Music Productions presents Jazz, Jazz and More Jazz, featuring International Performing Artist Myrna Clayton, who attended . She will be featured along with a 21 piece band, Westside Winds Big band Orchestra.
Come out and enjoy a mix of 40’s swing, 50’s bebop and 60’s Motown soul as they crank it up in Mableton, which is a short distance from southwest Atlanta.
A portion of the proceeds goes to the Children’s Health Care of Atlanta.
