Keywords, Queries Are Crucial In Job Searches

Resume tip of the week: "Pay attention to keywords. Whether you're writing your first resume, updating an existing one, or answering a position's knowledges, skills, and abilities, think about which keywords you need to add. You could be the most qualified person for the position, but you could be lost in a sea of applicants without the right keywords," according to usajobs.com.
Job hunt tip of the week: "Run queries. You run searches on everything else, from your high school sweetheart to low-fat recipes, so why not jobs? Enter a query that describes the exact kind of job you're seeking and you may find more resources you wouldn't find otherwise (but be prepared to do some sorting)," according to careerbuilder.com.
