Looking to Buy? Don't Miss Out on the Home Tour and $40k in Downpayment Assistance

If you are in the market to buy a home in the City of Atlanta, then you will want to attend the Affordable Housing Workshop and Bus Tour all day Saturday, August 18th. 

The free home-buyer event is organized by Invest Atlanta. Attendees will participate in a home-buyer seminar to prepare them for successful home-ownership and take an exciting bus tour to see homes for sale in the city of Atlanta, including parts of SW Atlanta.

On Saturday morning, a group of local partners and future home-buyers will gather in the New Councilmember Chambers at Atlanta City Hall for the “Get on the Bus: Affordable Housing Workshop and Tour,” which is designed to help people buy homes in the city of Atlanta through home-buyer education, down payment assistance programs, and exposure to Atlanta neighborhoods.

Note: This event is for ADULTS ONLY.  This event is available to pre-registered attendees only.  You must arrive on time and attend the full 8 hour training session to receive your Homebuyers Education Certificate.  

Lunch and snacks will be served.  Valuable door prizes and give-a-ways will be given throughout the day!

Participation in this event will satisfy the Homebuyer Education Certification requirements to receive Invest Atlanta down payment assistance program funds.

Registration starts promptly at 8:00 am. 
Breakfast will be served from 8:00 am to 8:30 am.
