Missing Westlake High School Teen Found Safe
Mia Evon Cruse was found safe in Smyrna by Smryna Police Department.
Mia Evon Cruse, who attends Westlake High School, was reported missing over the weekend but has now been located and in good condition.
It is unclear why the teen ran away, or exactly what happened between Friday and today, but we are able to report that the teen has been located by Smyrna police near Campbell High School.
According to an AJC report, the teen was last seen Friday night at a Westlake High football game. Mia Cruse sent a text to friends around 9pm on Friday, and then called 911 before her phone completely shut-off. That was the last anyone had heard from her.
