Morehouse Football Uniforms Named Among HBCU Best

Just when you thought you'd seen all sorts of best-and-worst lists out there, HBCU Gameday -- having a bit of fun -- came up with "The Best And Worst of HBCU Football Uniforms 2013" and put Morehouse football uniforms at No.3 for the "best."

"With football camp still over a month away, we figured we'd have some fun and take an in-depth look at the best and worst uniforms of HBCU football. Here's what we came up with. Let us know if we got it right," the post reads, before introducing the picks.

The recently-posted list ranks Miles College football uniforms at No. 1 and Tuskegee's black alternate jersey at No.2.

Of Morehouse's football wear, HBCU Gameday says it's the "perfect blend of old-school simplicity with just enough flash to keep it from looking dated."

Coming in at No. 1 on the "worst" list: Kentucky State. 

"There were lots of contenders here," the post reads, "but Kentucky State ran away with this one. Loud colors, shoulder patterns, the cartoonish horse on the helmet...just too much going on."
