Anger Management for Adults

Anger Management is a process of learning to recognize signs that you’re becoming angry and taking action to calm down and deal with the situation in a positive way. Anger management doesn’t try to keep you from feeling anger or encourage you to hold it in. Anger is a normal, healthy emotion when you know how to express it  appropriately.

Scope and Sequence of Anger Management:

· Misunderstood Emotion; · Anger Triggers and Warning Signs; · A Natural Emotion; The Effects of Anger; Healthy Expressions; · It’s Your Choice; Take Responsibility through “I” Statements; · Practice Your Positive Self-Talk; Physical Outlets; Take Control; Relaxation Techniques to Stay Calm;  and  Let Go Through Activities . This workshop is presented by Therapeutic          Commu nity Solutions, Inc. All programs are free and open to the public
