Atlanta
Technical College will host a Community Health & Wellness Expo on Thursday,
February 27.
Medical providers and non-profits will provide basic health screenings, lead informational workshops and conduct healthy habit
demonstrations during the event.
The expo, which is free and open to the
public, will take place in the Brenda Watts Jones Allied Health &
Technology Complex on the campus of Atlanta Technical College.

There will
be over 30 information booths, as well as free seminars and workshops conducted
by some of Atlanta’s top physicians, nutritionists and health specialists. The
Community Health & Wellness Expo is a collaborative effort organized by the
Atlanta Technical College American Heart Association Center, Atlanta Technical
College allied health programs, Atlanta Public Schools and Atlanta Metropolitan
State College.
