AZALEA CITY CHAPTER OF THE LINKS, INC. SUPPORT CHILDREN’S HEALTHCARE OF ATLANTA AND BETHUNE ELEMENTARY WITH GALA LUNCHEON AND FUND-RAISER

The Azalea City Chapter of The Links, Incorporated will present "Emeralds and Pearls," a fundraising luncheon on March 15, 2014, at 12:00 noon, at the Marriott Marquis in downtown Atlanta. The event will provide funding for healthcare support services such as prescription medication, transportation, and meals through the Patient Family Assistance Program at Hughes Spalding  Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. In addition, the fundraiser will support test-readiness incentives, STEM Education, activities to promote healthy lifestyles, and cultural enrichment at Bethune Elementary School. The chapter's focus for 2014 is on wellness, healthcare assistance to families, and educational opportunities for disadvantaged elementary school children.
