RESOLUTION 2013 - OWN IT!


Come to the 6th Committed to Communities Open house event which will showcase owning a home in the Historic West End neighborhood and adjacent neighborhoods. There will be refreshments and a map guide for the more than 20 homes for sale in the area. You will hear about down payment assistance funds; mortgages including 203K renovation loans; and homebuyer education. Various professionals will be on site.


Available homes on the tour range from $70,000 to $275,000.
