Mrs Naomi King Visits Dayton Ohio

This is to confirm the August 8-9, 2014 visit of Mrs. Naomi Ruth Barber King's visit to Dayton. The community is ready to receive her in a beautiful way. Many  presidents of different organizations and Pastors of congregations have declared  their full participation in the August 8th event. As the Chairman of AD King Foundation, Mrs. Naomi King's visit and speeches will shed a light on the story of Rev. A.D. King's role in the Martin Luther King's struggle for civil rights for African Americans and all Americans at large. Her wisdom at the ripe age of 83 will enable the youngsters in our community to challenge themselves in all areas of endeavor. The role of AD King Foundation as a non-violent conflict resolution entity formed to revolutionize the mindset, attitude, and behavior of individuals that promote violence and war with non-violent principles and methods as the preferred choice of conflict resolution. The mission is also to promote youth empowerment development and non-violent strategy as a way of life throughout the world. Rev. Alfred Daniel Williams King, a younger brother of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  was a true soldier of great transformation through nonviolent social change, commitment to serve by leading the poor people's campaign and dedication to the movement for equity, freedom and justice for all. He paid dearly with his life for preaching love as an instrument of change, not war. As a member of the  board of directors of AD King Foundation for the past four years, it is proper and fitting at this time to involve the youth of Dayton as we launch this program internationally. This will broaden their minds and put them in touch with other young teenagers from other parts of the world especially from Africa. We look forward to this visit and hoping for greater things to happen as we move forward. Thanking you, Best Regards, Ayo O. Ogunduyile, I.S.E.         (Board of Directors Member of AD King Foundation)
