Earth Day Spring Clean-Up

Atlanta City Councilwoman Cleta Winslow and partners will host a series of clean-ups for four Saturdays in April, including on Earth Day.

Up to 200 volunteers are needed to clean illegal dumping sites, remove kudzu and other invasive plant species among other clean-up activities.  Volunteers are asked to wear closed-toed shoes, long sleeves and pants, work gloves and sunscreen.

Event partners include Councilmember Cleta Winslow, Atlanta Beltline Inc., Atlanta Beltline Partnership, Keep Atlanta Beautiful, Trees Atlanta, Park Pride, Atlanta Community Tool Bank, Greenplate, Republic Services, the Historic West End and Westview communities and NPU-T.
