The Neighborhood Fund, an initiative of The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, will host the fourth annual Neighborhood Summit. Co-developed by citizen groups and regional nonprofits, the Summit will bring over 400 residents from 23 regional-Atlanta counties (Barrow, Bartow, Butts, Carroll, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Morgan, Newton, Paulding, Pickens, Rockdale, Spalding and Walton) together to meet, exchange ideas and explore opportunities for collaboration.
The Summit theme is Information: The Power to Transform Communities. Attendees will learn how to harness the power of information, including data, stories, maps, and knowledge gained to understand their communities and ignite change. Participants can attend workshops, enjoy exhibits, network with peer community leaders and elected officials.
Who should attend? All are welcome to attend, especially neighborhood and community leaders, activists, associations, and community members.
