Mayor Reed Needs Volunteers to be Neighborhood Recycling Ambassadors

Be a leader in your neighborhood, and take responsibility.

Who wants to help Mayor Reed and their neighborhood out by becoming one of the city's recycle ambassadors?

Training for this new, exciting program takes place on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Adamsville Recreation Center, located at 3201 Martin Luther King Drive.

As a Recycling Ambassador, you will:

-          Receive training on recycling and other sustainable practices

Find out what's happening in Cascadewith free, real-time updates from Patch.

-          Educate residents about the city’s recycling program

-          Inform residents about the benefits of recycling

-          Encourage everyone to recycle more!

Volunteer Requirements:

-          18 years-old+

-          Outgoing with the ability to inspire!

-          Attend a training workshop

-          Host a neighborhood informational workshop

-          Access to the Internet
