World Record Holding Westlake HS Cheerleader Shares her Flipping Talents on 'Ellen'

Mikayla Clark shares her new goals with Ellen Degeneres

On Monday, Mikayla Clark, the back-flipping 16-year-old cheerleader from Westlake High School made an appearance on the Ellen Degeneres show because of her amazing back flipping talents that has landed her in the Guinness Book of World Records...or so she thought.

Cascade Patch shared the original video when she made history earlier in the football season by beating what she thought was the record of 36 consecutive backflips.

Not only did Mikayla match the current record of 36 backhand springs, she smashed the record and completed a total of 44 backhand springs!

Unfortunately the Guinness World Record people said the actual record is 53 flips in a row and is held by a girl in Texas.

Mikayla told Ellen that her new goal is to flip the entire length of the football field by the end of the year, from goalpost to goalpost.

Good Luck Mikayla and lets win the World Record once again!
