T.I., Mayor Reed and C.T. Martin Join Forces Today for 6th Annual Turkey Giveaway
Giving back is exactly what the holidays are all about
Today, November 27th, rapper, television and film star, T.I. will be joined by his family, Mayor Kasim Reed and Councilman C.T. Martin (District 10) for T.I.’s sixth annual turkey giveaway.
T.I. along with support from the Mayor of Atlanta and Councilman Martin, will be distributing hundreds of turkeys to deserving Atlanta families from 12 noon – 4pm, at the Adamsville Recreation Center, located at 3201 Martin Luther King Junior Drive SW, Atlanta, 30311.
The giveaway will focus on grandparents who are raising grandchildren and other deserving Atlantans. Individuals in need should have contacted the office of Constituent Services in the City of Atlanta, before coming to Adamsville Rec.
According to insiders, T.I. is also in the planning process for his upcoming toy drive this holiday season to benefit Atlanta children in need across the city of Atlanta.
"Our annual turkey drive means so much to me. Each year we are able to give more and more…and me and my team will continue to focus on growing our efforts in the Atlanta community during the holiday season and beyond," says T.I.
